MADALINA SPIRIDON
Biography:
Madalina Spiridon graduated from the University of Arts and Design Cluj-Napoca, specializing in Design, Bachelor and Master in 2009-2014. Since 2019 she studies at Assamblage - Institute of Art and Design. She has extensive experience in the creative fields, from mosaic to furniture design, from painting to graphic design. Attention to details defines her in any field she activates. As a consequence, the creation of jewelry, a passion born during the faculty, has taken shape and has begun to materialize starting with 2019. In 2020, she exhibited her first jewelry collection, ”Midsummer dream”, during Romanian Jewelry Week. Currently she is experimenting and exploring different techniques, aiming to perfect her ability to imprint her vision in each work created.
Collection Concept: Mirror, Mirror, on the soul!
I choose to bring to the wearer, jewelry that has pieces of reflection. The message is to always remember to look at ourselves. Reflection, first of all, is used for personal analysis.
We are human and fear is part of us but we are strong enough when we learn to love each other. Love means courage and trust, essential elements to find our happiness in an always superficial world.
The eyes are the light of the soul and beauty is always in the eye of the beholder. We reflect, we see fear and we find the thread of light inside us, which protects us.
