Biography:
I paint jewels. That's a simple and quick statement I use to describe myself. I work professionally as a journalist and as an artist trying to give the shape of poetry through jewelry pieces using line, volume, and painting. I use all kinds of materials from metal to resins and paper. I am a Vogue creativity awarded artist at Artistar Jewels Milan fashion week 2018.
Collection Concept: Close Far
This collection "Close Far" came along the confinement in 2020 in Madrid. Through it I’ve tried to convey, in the most minimal sort of way, the anguish and impotence we were all going through. That obligation of keeping the distance to our beloved ones. The loneliness and the mirror we all meant to each other when going to our windows and balconies in cities were suddenly taken by nature. Pieces we can all relate to. Portraying human beings back to the essence. Loneliness in the middle of this overcrowded universe we are all living in.
