Collection Concept: COLORFUL GEOMETRY
The idea of this collection is based on the apparent rigidity of geometric forms and the goal was to "deconstruct" them by combining different materials and colours. The inspiration came from nature which is abundant in geometric forms presented in cells, flowers, rocks or living creatures that humans can only aspire to replicate them.
The geometric base is rigid, made of metal (silver) and the forms are "filled" with more "fluid" materials such as dyed leather, coloured copper wire, pearls and metallic micro-beads. The circle, the semi-spheres and the angles are the main forms explored.
