Designer biography:
Ionut Panaite-Jitianu, graduated law but did not find his place in the field of justice, instead he decided that he can tell stories by bending metal and setting stones. He did this by attending the classes organized by ASSAMBLAGE JEWELRY SCHOOL where he found the opportunity to work with experienced designers able to teach techniques for both imagining and creating a piece of jewelry. The years of experience made him realize that the best story is the one imagined by the audience in the moment they look at the piece jewelry.
Collection concept:
ConFusion
Confusing the audience with the darkness of oxidized silver in great contrast with the fused gold foil applied with keum boo technique, this collection is meant to show that the important part of a piece of jewelry is not always the shiny finish but the emotional impact that it has over the one who sees it, offers it or is wearing it.
