Designer biography:
Most Precious, a bold yet delicate brand, was born out of my passion for contemporary jewelry. I studied Graphic Design at the Dusseldorf University in Germany. After more than 10 years as an Art Director in advertising, I felt the need to express myself in a new creative area. Always fascinated by jewelry, I attended in 2013 Assamblage Jewelry School in Bucharest. Since then I have been working in the domain and participated in numerous exhibitions and fairs like Autor, Joya Barcelona 2016, Romainian Jewelry Week 2022, Sieraad Amsterdam 2017 and 2023.
Most Precious jewelry collections have mostly life related concepts. Life inspires me, a word in a conversation can trigger an idea, a smell or a sound can make me think of the next collection. Most Precious jewelry are handmade and available in small or unique series. The techniques used are those common to small workshops, what allows taking care of every object
Collection concept:
Sakura:
For this collection I was inspired by the Cherry Blossom Festival in Japan. The ephemeral nature of the cherry blossoms mirrors the great importance of transience in Buddhist culture. Sakura are a symbolic flower of the spring, a time of renewal, and the fleeting nature of life.
