Organically driven & led by materials Lynne is an alchemical maker, inviting people to think about the environmental impact of their actions. Directly influenced & excited by things unnoticed, decay, peeling paint, rusting metal & texture, she is inspired by erosion, the elements & things discarded.
'It is the emotional journey of making that is the most important part, everything else is secondary. I love the beauty within unnoticed treasures, hidden works of art waiting to be discovered’ Discarded by man & shaped by the elements'. Lynne is the founder of Precious.Collective .. a global art Jewellery community that challenges the meaning of Precious through materials, techniques and / or concepts.

depressing
it will out-live us & hang around us for millions of years
But
It can also be ... beautiful, ridiculous, unique, fun, quirky or bonkers
It can evoke fond memories of the finding, receiving, giving & collecting of it
It can empower us & make us want to question both our own & others consumerism
&
when combined with things that have a history & their own unique stories ...
Then it can become as precious as a diamond.
