Designer biography:

I graduated as a Master of Animation director ,but I have always been passionate about jewelry and that is why in 2011 I started the brand – OMAYA. In jewellery I find a short and independent way to communicate my statements with the audience. Through my creative process I explore the mind's potential to express emotions through forms, colors and materials. A beautiful cross point between material world, mentality and soul. Nature is my inspiration with its uniqueness and diversity of shapes and shades. I work with natural materials and found objects - sea glass, driftwood, natural stones, seedpods, combined with precious stones, silver and epoxy mediums. My jewelry is intended to give urban people a touch of Nature in their everyday life. In 2023 I became a member of Precious Collective London.

Collection concept:

Aether

In Greek mythology, ether/aether is described as the purest substance filling space, the breath of the gods. The Aether Collection is inspired by the concept of the ethereal beauty and fragrance of flowers, the most subtle part of their manifestation. Although invisible to the eye it enchants with its insubstantial beauty. Delicate transparent flowers bloom to convey a sense of ethereality and density-freeness through the transparent properties and texture of glass. The materials used are recycled and sea glass, drawing awareness to the possibility that through creativity, the waste can be transformed into a work of art
