Biography:

Founded in 2018 by architect Paolo Gambarelli, Lunante was born from necessity and will to explore the art of handwork as true archetypal dimension of making; the constant lymph of his work are the notions acquired in architectural knowledge and the innate propensities and deep love for manual work; the design, the construction and the presentation of his jewels are part of the many expressions of his training. Every jewel shall be considered as a constant translation and semantic reinterpretation of forms and concepts of our everyday life. I use geometry as a metalanguage, sometimes serious, sometimes amused, sometimes intelligent or silly, and it would be nice if every life were like this.

Collection Concept: Iron and Gold project

This century will require radical changes and profound transformations for an ideal and common good: the transmutation of gold into iron - and vice versa - wants to be the symbol for this new and at the same time ancient journey. In the difficult times we are experiencing, these jewels want to express both a hope and a question. This collection is characterized by an exclusive treatment of metal made with a high temperature oxidation patina that gives a final look very similar to raw iron with silver reflections.
