Biography:

I do not have a background in fine arts but I love art in all its forms. I did not study design but I discovered that with a lot of dedication there are no boundaries to what you may accomplish.

I think my curiosity, the pleasure of handcrafting, experimenting and trying to learn new things has led me to the path of jewelry creation. I first started melting glass, then began melting metal and combining these two mediums to create unique jewelry. Time will tell where my creative passion will lead as I start to include other materials in my jewelry.

Collection Concept: AW(e)ARENESS

This is my manifesto; an expression of the world we seem not to care we are killing. This is a voice for those little critters that do not have one to shout, those that cannot cry and scream, those who we think are too insignificant to watch over and protect.

Yes, you have probably been told that the bees are dying and if they do, the entire planet will suffer, but are you really AWARE? Close your eyes and try to imagine a world without flowers, without plants, without birds and other animals. You are seeing hell. We are not yet there; we still live in our own little heaven. We still have these little critters to help us live, to delight us with their “nectar of the Gods” and most importantly, to preserve the beauty, complexity and uniqueness of our planet.

Remember all of this when you wear these bees.
