Collection concept:
Humanity explores space and the depths of the Earth, inspired by discovering the unknown. We are surrounded by cutting-edge technologies and products, and norms and manipulations are imposed upon us. And my consciousness demands freedom. My brain generates ideas. Moving away from traditional gemstones, I have long been fascinated by handcrafting Anthracite stone, which is over 300 million years old. My goal is to reveal the beauty of this black stone, which gives us light, warmth, and thus, life. I handcraft every piece, it crumbles, scratches, and splits. With the help of nano resin I join the parts of Anthracite into jewelry. Acrylic and gilded silver transform the black status of coal into colorful solutions and Anthracite starts to blossom.
