VENUS IN JEWELS
Designer biography:
I started making jewellery in 2017 and since then it has become my favourite way of artistic expression. I am always inspired by nature and different shapes and patterns. After graduating from UNARTE, I started taking courses at Assamblage Jewellery School where I learned to create jewellery from precious metals.
Collection concept:
Body Language
This collection intends to capture the ephemeral and ever changing, using the contrast between the fluid, liquid shapes and the permanence of metal. The never repeating patterns of spilled liquid are frozen in timeless silver creating an otherworldly language of symbols left for each to interpret. The process of creating each piece is both spontaneous and controlled resulting in haphazardly beautiful shapes.
